**License:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH

**Must-Have:** Flexibility to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Step Down Unit
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions using telemetry equipment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with medical team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain patient records and documentation in line with healthcare regulations
- Adapt to various clinical settings and be willing to float to different locations if necessary
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required

This position requires a nurse with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
