**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care

**License:** Active RN License

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification

**Must-Have:** Willingness to float onsite within skill set and to facilities within 40 miles if needed

**Job Description:**
- Provide direct patient care in a step-down unit setting.
- Evaluate and monitor the patient's condition, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and healthcare protocols.
- Enhance team efficiency by assisting colleagues when needed.
- Rotate shifts to cover every other weekend and holiday as required.
