**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Step-Down unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and progress, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care instructions.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and standards for patient care.
- Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
