**Must-Have:** Ability to float onsite within skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles if needed

**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality care and support for patients in the step down unit.
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and advocate for their needs and preferences.
- Perform necessary clinical tasks such as administering medication, managing IV lines, and operating medical equipment.
- Maintain professional communication with families, updating them on patient status and care plans.
- Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and health regulations.
- Participate in continuous education and training to keep skills current.
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required.
