**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** 2 years required

**License:** Valid WI License required

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

**Must-Have:** Pediatric experience required

**Job Description:**

- Work in a variable acuity 20-bed unit
- Care for ICU, IMC, and medical-surgical patients based on acuity needs
- Adhere to ratio guidelines: ICU 1:1-3, IMC 1:4, med-surg 1:5-6, subject to change based on patient acuity
- Weekend (EOW) and holiday (EOH) work required
- Call requirements applicable only for low census or if picking up shifts
- Float requirements to task only for ED/UC or PACU without patient assignments during low census
- Previous Cerner experience preferred
- Must complete all required certifications prior to start
- Compliance with mandatory flu vaccine, with exemptions for medical/religious reasons
- Orientation includes completion of modules, up to 8 hours
- Flexible with schedule to complete compliance requirements within designated timeframes
