**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Shift:** Night Shift, 12 Hours (7 PM - 7 AM)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Over 2 years of acute care nursing experience and completion of 2+ traveling assignments (6+ months each)

**License:** Registered Nurse license

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, Tele Interpretation, IV Insertion

**Must-Have:**
- 2+ years of acute care nursing experience
- 2+ completed traveling assignments (6+ months)
- Proficiency with Cerner

**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality care to patients in a 44-bed progressive care unit
- Patient ratio of 3:1 for 36 beds and 4:1 for 8 beds
- Interpret telemetry and manage complex patient conditions including cardiac surgery, myocardial infarction, and irregular heart rate
- Care for patients with chronic conditions such as COPD, PNA, and renal failure
- Perform pacer insertions and manage continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)
- Titrate IV drips: Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dopamine, Dobutamine (no titration required for some medications)
- Participate in a weekend shift every other weekend
- Float to different units as needed within skill set
