**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Pool

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 12-Hour Days, Weekend day shift cluster (F, S, S) or (S, S, M), 7 AM to 7 PM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**License:** Yes, willingness to wait for license

**Certifications:** ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

**Must-Have:**
- Epic experience
- Well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General medicine, Oncology

**Job Description:**
- Work in a Resource Pool position covering all MedSurg/Stepdown/Tele units.
- Be prepared for high-level trauma setting and preferred travel experience.
- Wear royal blue scrubs on duty.
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:3 for Stepdown & 1:6 for MedSurg/Tele.
- Handle responsibilities across units with up to 34 beds each.
- Participate in various units, including Stepdown, Trauma & General Surgery, Neuro Stepdown & EMU, Surgical Oncology/MedSurg, Medical Oncology/Stepdown.
- Function at Level 1 trauma care setting in an acute nursing division.
