**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Pool

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 12-Hour Nights, Weekend Nightshift Cluster (7p-7a, either Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**License:** Willing to wait for submission

**Certifications:**
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS

**Must-Have:**
- Epic experience required
- Level 1 trauma experience preferred
- Travel experience preferred

**Job Description:**

- This position involves working in all MedSurg/Stepdown/Telemetry units.
- Candidates must be well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology.
- Expected to wear royal blue scrubs.
- Nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:6 for MedSurg/Tele.
- Each unit comprises up to 34 beds.
- Facilities include various specialized units such as Trauma & General Surgery, Ortho Neuro, Neuro Stepdown & Epilepsy Monitoring, Surgical Oncology, and Medical Oncology.
- AHA BLS required.
- Travel teams are encouraged to be submitted together.
- Previous permanent candidates must have been gone for 2 years.
- Previous travelers who completed a full year must be gone for 2 years.
- No orientation hours are provided.
- Level of care required is acute.
