**License:** Must have Indiana or compact license

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, OCN preferred

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
- Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
- Experience in accessing ports, blood product administration, peripheral line care/management, phlebotomy, PICC line management, and starting IVs

**Job Description:**
- This is an acuity adaptable unit committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
- Utilize a team approach consisting of nurses, physicians, patient care assistants, case managers, and unit support staff.
- Specialize in the care of stable progressive care patients, those with a diagnosis or history of cancer, end-of-life care, including inpatient hospice, and medical level of care.
- Opportunity to become chemotherapy trained and pursue certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN).
- No call required.
- Weekend coverage required every other weekend.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Floating is mandatory, with potential to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.
- Orientation consists of 12 non-billable hours.
