**Job Description:**

- Work in a 12-bed unit with a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for med/surg and PCU patients.
- Collaborate with unit staff, including Charge RNs, RNs, and PCTs, to ensure quality patient care.
- Operate and manage equipment such as ventilators, specialty beds, and occasionally CRRT.
- Utilize the Meditech documentation system proficiently.
- Meet scheduling requirements with a minimum of four weekend shifts per four-week schedule.
- Expected to float per policy, with contract labor floating first.
- Utilize previous med/surg experience to enhance patient experience.
