**Certifications:** BLS, ALS, EKG Interpretation

**Must-Have:**
- Experience with post-operative coronary artery bypass grafts, vascular, and general cardiac patient populations.
- Knowledge of cardiac drips/titrations and electrolyte replacement.
- Experience in managing chest tubes, epicardial pacing wires, and TR bands.

**Job Description:**

- A dedicated unit with 33 beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 3:1 or 4:1.
- Full-time availability of unit secretaries during weekdays.
- Possibility of assistance from nurse externs.
- Utilization of Meditech documentation system.
- Scheduling includes working every other weekend and fulfilling a 36-hour work week.
- Priority given to filling in scheduling needs.
- Floating policy applies to the first available staff.
- Emphasis on patient experience, focused on pain management, communication, and responsiveness.
- Dress code requires scrubs in Galaxy Blue, Red, or Black.
