**Job Description:**

- Work in a dynamic Cardiac Stepdown unit focused on Cardiac Transplant and LVAD care.
- Provide care for patients undergoing pre and post heart transplant procedures.
- Manage patients with LVAD therapy and permanent device therapy.
- Care for individuals experiencing unstable arrhythmias and advanced heart failure.
- Address conditions such as cardiomyopathy, Acute Coronary Syndrome, and more.
- Support patients pre and post cardiac surgery and manage related cardiac disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex cardiac cases.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and pursue continuous learning opportunities.
