**Job Description:**
- Provide care for patients who have undergone cardiac surgery.
- Manage patients with pre and post-cardiac surgery conditions, Acute Coronary Syndrome, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, unstable arrhythmias, and related cardiac disorders.
- Work with a young adult to late adult patient population (ages 18 - 60+).
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs).
- Assume full responsibility for patient care.
