**Job Description:**

- Provide nursing care in a Cardiac Stepdown Unit with a capacity of 23 beds.
- Deliver care to a diverse patient population diagnosed with heart conditions, including those with sheaths and external pacemakers.
- Serve patients ranging from young adults to late adults (18 - 60+ years).
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4/5:1 based on patient acuity.
- Collaborate with a staffing plan that includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs).
- Assume full responsibility for the patients on each team.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care while adhering to safety and ethical standards.
