**Job Description:**
- Work in a Cardiac Stepdown/Intermediate Care Unit specializing in cardiac care
- Manage patients undergoing pre and post-heart transplant procedures
- Provide care for patients receiving LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device) therapy
- Handle cases involving permanent device therapy
- Monitor and treat patients with unstable arrhythmias and advanced heart failure
- Care for individuals with cardiomyopathy and Acute Coronary Syndrome
- Support pre and post-cardiac surgery patients
- Treat and manage other related cardiac disorders
