**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Job Description:**
- Work in a 35-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:4-5.
- Care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses such as cardiac conditions, nephrology issues, strokes, diabetes mellitus, and continuous EEG monitoring.
- Capability to titrate drips including Cardizem, beta blockers, and seizure medications.
- Collaborate with a charge nurse on each shift.
- Support available from nurse aides or patient care techs.
- Work schedule includes shifts from 0630-1900 or 1830-0700.
- Required to work every third weekend and holiday with cyclic rotation.
- No call or standby requirements.
- May need to float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units.
- First week includes onboarding followed by 1-2 days of orientation on the floor.
- Utilize the EPIC charting system.
- Work within a Trauma Level 2 acute care setting.
