**Job Description:**

- Conduct patient care in a stepdown unit specializing in Oncology, PCU, and Trauma.
- Pass/Fail exam required during orientation with 90% needed to pass.
- Experience with titrating drips such as insulin and occasionally cardizem.
- Work with a variety of respiratory therapy equipment and modern tools like Lyko lifts and Alaris IV pumps.
- Participate in hourly rounding to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
- Display a caring attitude towards patients from diverse backgrounds and respect their beliefs.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team including nursing assistants, PT/OT, RN case managers, social workers, educators, and dieticians.
- Utilize the EPIC charting system to maintain accurate and timely patient records.
