**Must-Have:** Experience with EPIC charting system, willingness to float to similar care levels, and teamwork skills.

**Job Description:**

- Registered Nurses will work in the PCU/Med Surg/Oncology unit.
- Nurses will manage a mixed unit with patient ratios of 1:4 in PCU and 1:5 in Med/Surg.
- Common patient diagnoses include oncology and trauma cases.
- RNs are occasionally required to titrate insulin and cardizem drips.
- Orientation includes 2 days with additional real-time training on ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Support structure includes PT/OT, RN case managers, social workers, educators, and dieticians.
- The position involves floating to Med/Surg and PCU units when needed.
- RNs must participate in regular hourly rounding, ensuring quality patient experiences.
- Preference for candidates with a genuine need to care for patients and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
