**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Must-Have:** ICU experience required, preferably CVICU

**Job Description:**

- Candidates must pass an open-book exam during orientation with a score of 90% or higher.
- Experience with heart and vascular patient care on varying levels including ICU, PCU, and Med Surg.
- Knowledge of recovery for post-op cardiac and vascular patients and post-procedure care from the cath lab.
- Stroke designation care, handling CVA, CHF, and other cardiac and vascular-related diagnoses.
- Familiarity with equipment and medications like Impella, balloon pumps, ventilators, BIPAP, CPAP, amiodarone, nitroglycerin, nicardipine, epinephrine, and diltiazem, as well as multiple other cardiac medications for blood pressure management.
- Ability to manage adult patients with acuity varying from 1:2 for ICU, 1:4 for PCU, to 1:5 for Med Surg.
- Cyclic staff scheduling is practiced; flexible scheduling is required.
- The charting system used is EPIC.
- No interviews required; auto-offer based on profile.
- RTO required upfront; flexible travelers preferred.
- Navy scrubs attire.
