**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Description:**

- Provide nursing care in a mixed unit with a focus on Oncology PCU and Trauma PCU.
- Handle patient assignments with RN ratios of 1:4 for PCU and 1:5 for med/surg.
- Perform hourly rounding to enhance patient experience.
- Administer common drips/medications such as chemotherapy, heparin, and cardizem, with occasional insulin drip titration.
- Assist with handling specialty equipment like ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring tools (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000), and ICP monitoring.
- Participate in two days of orientation including an open book exam on skills, requiring a 90% score to pass.
- Ensure compliance with required certifications and competencies.
- Exhibit a caring attitude, maintaining professionalism and respect for diverse religious beliefs and economic statuses.
- Demonstrate the qualities of empathy, resilience, and strong team collaboration in patient care.

Please note that a chemotherapy certification is preferred but not required unless administering chemotherapy.
