**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a PCU environment

**Certifications:** ACLS, PALS, and BLS

**Job Description:**
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to relevant teams for timely intervention.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation through Cerner EMR.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and the intended treatment plans.
- Participate actively in unit meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of care standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and facility policies.
