PCU: 1:3, ICU 1:2Type of Cases: ICU/PCU/TELE We care for a wide cardiovascular patient population including post-TAVR, post-Robotic Lung Surgery, post-Vascular Surgery, EKOS, LVADs, CRRT, IABP, STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, Cardiac Arrhythmias, DVTs/Pulmonary Embolism, PVD/PAD. (Unit does not recover post open-heart patients or manage Impella devices)Required Experience: Minimum (1) one year (prefer 2 years) recent full-time Telemetry/EKG experience, knowledge of basic hemodynamics and cardiac medications (experience with cardiac drips preferred). *RN s w/o ICU experience should expect working up to 1 year at Tele/CVPCU level prior to leveling up to ICUAbout UsAt Baylor Scott & White Health, we promote well-being for everyone. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.
