**Job Description:**
- Work in an Interventional Care Unit with a collaborative team.
- Manage a typical patient ratio of 3:1; may occasionally handle 4:1 depending on needs.
- Utilize equipment such as telemetry monitors, Dopplers, cardiac monitors, a-lines, TR bands, and sheaths.
- Maintain medical records through EMR Meditech.
- Perform standard procedures like cardiac cath lab interventions, vascular surgeries, and care for post-op cardiac cases including open heart surgeries, STEMI, and stroke patients.
- Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, teamwork orientation, and strong critical thinking skills.
- Be prepared to float to related areas such as Intermediate Care Units and Medical-Surgical units.
- Partake in a rotating weekend schedule, ensuring consistent patient care coverage.
