**Job Description:**

- Provide nursing care in a progressive care neuro trauma unit.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered care.
- Handle a patient ratio of 4:1, providing care to patients with complex conditions.
- Use and manage equipment such as bedside monitors, end tidal O2 monitoring, high flow, chronic vents, and subdural drains.
- Perform typical procedures such as managing chest tubes and conducting EEGs.
- Float to all inpatient units, including ICU and ED, as needed.
- Adhere to a professional dress code without a specific scrub color.
- Work every other weekend with no on-call requirement.
