**Job Description:**

- Work in an Intermediate Care Unit with 24 beds and a staff of 45.
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 with support from day and night shift staff.
- Utilize equipment such as bedside monitors and remote telemetry.
- Operate using Meditech Expanse EMR.
- Provide care for patients post-CABG (24+ hours), post-PCI, post-pacemaker, and perform cardioversions.
- Exhibit a positive, flexible, and team-oriented personality.
- May float to areas such as IVCU, Medical, Surgical, ICU, and ED holds.
- Care for a diverse patient population including those with post-open heart procedures, CHF, AFIB, post-cardiac stents, post-pacemakers, respiratory distress, AKI, sepsis, stroke overflow, AMS, endocarditis, and ETOH withdrawal.
- Comply with the dress code of clean and professional scrubs.
- Adhere to unit guidelines and policies.
- Required to work 4 weekend shifts over a 4-week schedule.
