**Must-Have:**
- Cardiac/Telemetry experience
- Step-down level of care

**Job Description:**

- Provide intermediate care for patients with conditions such as post CABG/open valve replacement, CHF, AFIB, post-cardiac stents, post-pacemakers, respiratory distress, AKI, sepsis, stroke overflow, AMS, endocarditis, and ETOH withdrawal.
- Care for patients post cardiovascular surgical procedures like CABG and PCI at least 24+ hours post-operation.
- Manage and monitor 15 bedside monitors and remote telemetry.
- Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR for patient documentation and care management.
- Work within a team consisting of a Charge Nurse, 6 RNs, and 3 LNAs to maintain a 1:4 patient ratio.
- Provide a positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach to healthcare delivery.
- Adhere to unit guidelines and policies, specifically related to IV medications.
- Fulfill 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, with specified Friday/Saturday and Sunday rotations for night or day shifts.
- Dress Code: Wear clean and professional scrubs, with no specific color requirement.
- Float as needed to areas such as IVCU, Medical, Surgical, ICU, and ED holds, ensuring patient care competencies.
