**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the step-down unit
- Work every other weekend and holiday as required
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions and report any changes or concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
