**Must-Have:**
- Telemetry experience and ability to read EKGs.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced unit with multiple admissions, discharges, transfers, and procedures.

**Job Description:**
- Work in a cardiac telemetry unit with 25 beds.
- Collaborate with night shift team: 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, and 1 tech.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1.
- Utilize EKG Machine, Hoyer Lift, and LifePak equipment.
- Use EMR system Meditech for documentation.
- Perform PD EKGs, with most cardiac procedures conducted in the Cath Lab.
- Prioritize and modify patient care in response to changing conditions, using problem-solving skills and good judgment.
- Make timely notifications to physicians regarding patient condition changes.
- Exhibit a team-player attitude and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Potential to float to Med Surg with low probability.
- Adhere to dress code: navy scrubs.
- Expected to work every third Friday and Saturday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., plus an additional Friday or Saturday each schedule, including potential assistance on Halloween, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas night.
