**Must-Have:**
- Telemetry experience and ability to read EKGs
- Capability to manage a fast-paced unit with multiple admissions, discharges, transfers, and procedures

**Job Description:**
- Work in a Cardiac Telemetry Unit with 25 beds
- Handle patient ratios of 4:1
- Operate equipment such as EKG machines, Hoyer lifts, and LifePak
- Perform procedures like PD EKGs; most cardiac procedures occur in the Cath Lab
- Exhibit good judgment and problem-solving skills to adjust patient care in response to changing conditions
- Make appropriate and timely notifications to physicians regarding changes in patient conditions
- Fit well within a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Potential to float to Med Surg with a low probability
- Adhere to a navy scrub color dress code
- Commit to every 3rd Friday and Saturday night shift (19:00-07:00) and assist with shifts on Halloween, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas night
