**Job Description:**

- Work in an Intermediate Care Unit with 21 beds and a staff of 35.
- Day shift includes 6 RNs, 2 techs, and 1 secretary.
- Night shift includes 6 RNs, 2 techs until 11 PM, and 1 tech until 3 AM.
- Patient ratios are 3-4:1.
- Utilize equipment such as bedside monitors, EKG, bladder scanner, and perform lab draws.
- Use EMR system, MediTech, for documentation.
- Perform typical procedures such as lab draws, EKG, bladder scanning, bedside thoracentesis/paracentesis, blood product administration, straight catheterization, Foley insertion, removal, and care, central line care and removal, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Ideal candidates should be energetic, hardworking, easy-going, friendly, and team players.
- May float to Med/Surg Telemetry areas as needed.
- Dress code requires all navy scrubs.
- Work every other weekend.
