**Job Description:**

- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications or treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
- Participate in department meetings and continuing education sessions to stay current with nursing practices.
