- Travel RN assignment in the Intermediate Care Unit.
- Provide care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor patient status and report any changes to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients throughout the shift.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
