**Job Description:**
- Work as part of the Resource Pool, with shifts from 7 am to 7 pm.
- Review of full hospital needs occurs every 4 hours; may be pulled/floated to another unit as required.
- Manage patient ratios of 5:1 in PCU and 6/7:1 in MS.
- Travelers must work at least two out of three major winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, ensuring no RTO covers more than one holiday.
- Compliance documents are due the Wednesday prior to the start of the workweek.
- Within 100 miles radius, candidates are considered local; exceptions apply for inpatient nurses within a 50-mile radius.
- Previous employees can return as travelers after a minimum one-year gap.
- Orientation includes 24 non-billable hours, with additional hours for modules and Epic training as required.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with only medical or religious exemptions allowed.
