**Job Description:**

- Work in a Surgical PCU unit with a current 1:5 patient ratio aim to reduce to 1:4.
- All travelers are expected to float as needed based on patient acuity.
- Schedule requires availability to work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
- All requested time off must be submitted upfront.
- Compliance documents are due by the Wednesday before the Monday start.
- Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility are considered local and are not accepted.
- Previous employees must have been away for a minimum of one year before returning as a traveler.
- Completion of orientation modules is required, with time allowed for specific modules, including Epic for inpatient RNs.
