**Job Title:** PCU Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

**Experience:** Experience with cardiothoracic and vascular surgical patients, as well as post-operative care in a progressive care unit, is required.

**License:** Active license required

**Certifications:** COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions only

**Must-Have:**
- A minimum of one year since previous employment if returning
- Ability to float to other PCUs and potentially Medical-Surgical units
- Work at least one holiday per season (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)

**Job Description:**
- Provide care for cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients, focusing on post-operative care.
- Manage a current ratio of 1:5 for PCU with a goal of 1:4.
- Complete orientation modules and Epic Fast Track modules prior to starting.
- Participate in 24 hours of orientation.
- Ensure readiness to float as needed.
- Maintain compliance with required vaccines.

Please note that candidates residing within a designated radius of the facility are considered local and may not be eligible. Candidates outside the specified radius are eligible for travel positions. Completion of compliance documents the Wednesday before starting is required.
