**Job Description:**

- Work in a 24(5) bed PCU specializing in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery and disease conditions.
- Provide care with an emphasis on cardiothoracic post-operative patients.
- Expected to float within their acuity with a patient ratio goal of 1:4, with a maximum of 1:5.
- Holiday work requirement: must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
- Complete orientation modules and/or Epic Fast Track modules prior to starting, contributing to the 24 hours of non-billable orientation time.
- Previous employees must have been gone for a minimum of one year before returning as a traveler.
- Candidates considered local if residing within 100 miles, and local candidates are not accepted.
- Compliance documents due the Wednesday before the Monday start.
