**Must-Have:**
- Must be comfortable working in all PCU and Medical-Surgical units
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (Medical/Religious exemptions only)
- Must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

**Job Description:**

- Participate in the Resource Pool, working flexible assignments across various units as needed.
- Work 12-hour night shifts, with options for 4x12 blocked, Fri-Mon or Sat-Tue.
- Staffing office reviews hospital needs every 4 hours; may require floating to different units accordingly.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 5:1 for PCU and 6/7:1 for Medical-Surgical.
- Complete mandatory orientation and required modules prior to start.
- Compliance documents due the Wednesday before the start date.
- Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility considered local and not accepted.
- Returning travelers must have been away from previous employment (per diem or permanent) for at least one year.
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius for inpatient RN positions.
