**Job Description:**

- Work in a Cardiac Observation Unit with a current nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, aiming for 1:4.
- Expected to float as needed within acuity levels.
- Required to work at least two out of the three major winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Compliance documents are due the Wednesday prior to the Monday start.
- Modules must be completed within the first 24 hours of onboarding.
- Previous employees must be gone for a minimum of one year before returning as a traveler.
- Orientation includes 5.5 hours for orientation modules and 2 hours for Epic system training for inpatient RNs.
