- Comfortability working in all PCU and MS units
- Requirement to work two out of three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

**Job Description:**
- Work as a Resource Pool RN in various PCU and MS units.
- Expected to adapt to different units as staffing needs are reviewed every 4 hours and nurses may be reassigned as necessary.
- Patient Ratios: PCU 5:1 and MS 6/7:1.
- Orientation includes 24 non-billable hours.
- Compliance documents required by the Wednesday prior to starting.
- Modules may be completed pre-start or during orientation and the hours vary based on specialty.
- Returning travelers must have been gone for a minimum of one year before returning to work.
