**Must-Have:** All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity. Holiday requirements stipulate working two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

**Job Description:**

- Work in the Cardiac Observation Unit with a current 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, aimed to be 1:4.
- RTO (Requested Time Off) must be sent upfront.
- Adherence to compliance documentation deadlines.
- Local candidates, residing within 100 miles, are not accepted.
- Orientation includes 24 hours, with modules to be completed pre-start or during this period.
- Candidates must not have been employed by the facility in the last year if returning as travelers.
