**Must-Have:**
- Experience in managing and interpreting dysrhythmias
- Telemetry skills
- Out of state travelers only
- RNs must live more than 50 miles from the facility
**Job Description:**
- Manage patients diagnosed with COVID, respiratory distress, post-cardiac arrest, DKA, and cardiac dysrhythmia requiring IV drips.
- Responsibility for managing clinical tasks related to telemetry monitoring and capnography capabilities.
- Float to a MedSurg assignment if there are no Special Care Unit level patients on the unit.
- Work in conjunction with ED physicians, nursing supervisors, and respiratory therapists available in-house 24/7.
- Maintain documentation and communication using systems like Omnicell, CERNER, and SBAR.
- Undergo a unit orientation consisting of two twelve-hour shifts.
- Required to work every third weekend with no call requirements.
- Scrub color is navy blue.
- Compliance includes the need for two direct supervisor references in the specialty submitted to and completion of a fit test prior to starting.
- Cerner experience is highly preferred, as training for this system is not provided during orientation.

- No locals accepted; travelers must be from out of state and live more than 50 miles away.
