- Skills checklist current within 1 year relevant to the specialty
- 2 supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years
- Compliance with a 50-mile radius restriction for permanent address

**Job Description:**

- Provide skilled nursing care to acutely ill patients in a Progressive Care Unit.
- Monitor critical vital signs and promptly detect any changes in patient conditions.
- Perform necessary interventions based on assessments.
- Deliver care for patients who require constant observation but not intensive care.
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- Comply with all regulatory and facility requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
