**Job Description:**

- Work in the Progressive Care Unit providing patient care during night shifts.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-hospital care.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to manage complex patient cases.
- Participate in a 16-hour orientation to integrate into the team.

**Additional Information:**

- Candidates are required to have travel experience.
- Must comply with travel compliance and documentation deadlines.
- Local candidates within a 110-mile radius are not accepted.
- Orientation is scheduled for 16 non-billable hours.
