**Must-Have:**
- IV start, telemetry, phlebotomy, and A-line experience
- Willingness to work across multiple locations and departments, including emergency department inpatient overflow
- Required vaccinations with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons

**Job Description:**
- Nurses will participate in a float pool, working across various locations.
- Float assignments may include general medicine, surgical, neuro, oncology, cardiac, and orthopedic units.
- Potential floating to intermediate medical units or medical-surgical units based on census needs.
- Patient ratio: IMU 1:3, Telemetry 1:4, Medical-Surgical 1:5.
- Utilizes EPIC and Pyxis documentation systems.
- Schedules are provided on a 4-week basis, released two weeks in advance.
- No blocked or self-scheduling available.
- Notification of assignment location provided two hours prior to each shift.
- Completion of non-billable orientation and mandatory modules during orientation and annually.

Note: Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours, with up to 8 hours of module work. Completion of modules is required and varies by specialty.
