**Job Description:**

- Work in a PCU with 12 beds and a patient ratio of 4:1.
- Collaborate with unit secretaries and a tech available for the unit.
- Operate equipment such as GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, and Pyxis medication dispensing systems.
- Utilize the Meditech documentation system.
- Adhere to a schedule requiring work every other weekend and participation in a floating rotation.
- Focus on patient experience by using AIDET, completing communication boards, and providing medication teaching.
- Provide post-cath care including the use of TR bands.
- Implement advanced pulmonary treatments and medication titration.
- Wear charcoal gray scrubs as part of the required uniform.
- Engage with a team recognized for outstanding awards and equipped with new technology.
