**Job Description:**

- The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specialized in cardiac transplants.
- Must be willing to float between units as needed.
- Expected patient ratios are 1:4.
- Block schedules are required, and flexibility beyond the contracted schedule or requested time off may lead to termination.
- 40 hours of orientation will be provided.
- The hospital is a Short Term Acute Care and Level II Trauma Center, with 629 total staffed beds.
- Charting is done through Epic.
- Scrub color requirements: Any color for RN.
- Compliance document deadline is Monday before the start date.
- Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Refusal to float can result in termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- All modules are non-billable and must be completed pre-start, with time spent on modules being self-reported.
