**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

**License:** Valid RN license (WA or Compact)

**Certifications:**

**Must-Have:**
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.

**Job Description:**
- Provide care in a Progressive Care Unit for cardiac transplant patients.
- Expected to float between units and possibly between nearby sister facilities.
- No on-call requirements.
- Must be available for every other weekend.
- Block scheduling is required.
- Expected nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4.
- Meet the weekday compliance document deadline prior to the start date.
- Complete pre-start and annual non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours.
