Job Description:
- Work in a Cardiac Transplant PCU.
- Float between units as required.
- No on-call duties.
- Work every other weekend.
- Block schedules are required.
- Nurse-to-patient ratio expected to be 1:4.
- Must be flexible with floating between sister facilities.
- Complete non-billable orientation hours and required modules pre-start.
- Hospital environment includes Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center, and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
- Use Epic for charting.
- Scrub color: Flexible for RNs, RRT in any color.

Candidates are expected to have two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a similar specialty or setting. Completion of required training modules is mandatory. Refusal to float may lead to assignment termination.
