**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 hours

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years; 1st timers not accepted

**License:** GA or Compact license

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIH/NIHSS

**Must-Have:**
- Navy Blue Scrubs
- Ability to float to Cardiac Tele unit and Med Surg Pulmonary unit; ICU experience is a plus
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Availability to work major holidays during the assignment period

**Job Description:**
- Care for patients ranging from adults to geriatrics
- Handle patient diagnoses including COVID, respiratory failure, DKA, renal failure, hypertension emergency, CHF, post-surgical patients needing close observation, sepsis, and stroke
- Manage and titrate drips such as amiodarone, Cardizem, precidex, cardene, labetalol, dopamine, dobutamine, insulin, Nitro
- Operate equipment like Glucommander, Trach to Vents, Bipaps, High flows, salters, Art lines, bedside cardiac monitors
- Facilitate rapid sequence intubation, manage patients on sedation and ETTs, and low-dose pressors if ICU overflow is required
- Dialysis performed bedside by dialysis nurse
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 with an average daily census of 16
- Utilize Epic, Pyxis, SBAR systems

**Additional Requirements:**
- Full compliance is required; delayed start if compliance not met within the time frame
- Maximum 7 days of requested time off during the assignment
- Must be able to submit required documentation and complete/schedule necessary labs promptly after signing the contract.
