**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Guaranteed Hours:** 24 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience required

**License:** Active Arizona RN License

**Certifications:** ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

**Must-Have:**
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications, active upon application.
- No disciplinary actions or incidents on professional record.
- Flu vaccination (declination forms available if needed).

**Job Description:**

- Registered Nurses with an Arizona home address on their driver's license are not eligible.
- All facilities and departments the candidate is willing to work in should be specified.
- Available for potential travel work experience (preferred).
- Holidays and schedule details, including on-call and weekend rotations, will be determined by the facility.
- Background checks and compliance requirements must be adhered to and attested.
- The submission should include a completed cover page, resume detailing facility sizes, trauma levels, and unit experiences.
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline must be recent (less than a year old).
- No request time off will be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays unless otherwise stated.
